- Select app map layout between floor plan and satellite layer. Choose whether to have a map display with road condition or traffic, POI or point of interest, and plate number.
- Group to sort devices. Select manage to create device group.
- Select T to display number plates.
- Car icon on maps. Note the color codes. Blue to mean static, Orange when idling, Green when moving, Red when over speeding and Grey when there's no data transfer.
- Select to see all your vehicles and their state as shown on the next image.

2.0 Fleet Management: Vehicle Selection
Following point 6 of section 1.0 above, you open this screen.
You see all your vehicles and their state, whether online or offline.
Online means the car tracker is working excellently while offline means the car tracker is not sending data to the servers.

- Search car
- Monitor the working status of your individual vehicle tracking systems
- Shows the car status and the time the car has been in that state. Refer point 5 of section 1.0 above to see the different vehicle states.
- Select Default or subgroup or group name to enable or hide display of individual assets.
- Sort your vehicles or assets.
- Tap on any number plate to select the car to monitor, track, playback its past movement or access its statistical reports to open the screen on the next section 3.0.
3.0 Vehicle Status

- More details about the state of your car with number plate, state and state time, last GPS signal time and location address with street name and nearest building, total vehicle mileage, today mileage, GPS position and Ignition status whether on or off.

- The navigate menu opens your preferred maps with directions to your car.
- The following sections describes each of the specific menu mentioned on point 3 of 3.0.
4.0 Vehicle Details
This screen all the details of your vehicle tracker.
The available details include number plate, IMEI, tracker SIM Number, model, activation time and expiry time.
In addition, there are details about the last GPS and GSM signal time and latitude.
Never edit the SIM Card of your tracker.
5.0 Playback
1. Settings
- Set your playback settings here by setting time for parking event and playback video as either tracking mode or tracking history mode.
- Tracking mode mimics how tracking happens and displays all the movements at once helping you save time. The historical path is preloaded instantly and at once.
- Tracking history mode draws the historical tracking path following the device movement. The historical path is not preloaded at once.
2. Customized time: Select choose to create your own user defined time.
Tap Start time to enter the start date and time, select next step and enter your end date and time and select done and then save.
Slide sideways along the IX line to set your preferred playback speed from very slow to very fast.
6.0 Playback with Trip Records
- Select pull up to see trip records
- Select trip records to see all the trips of the selected period.
Trip records show individual trip events for the selected period with:
- Trip starting point and end point location address.
- Starting time and end time.
- Driving time
- Driving mileage
- Average speed
- Top speed
7.0 Real Time (Live) Vehicle Tracking
Real time or live vehicle tracking allows you to track the direction, speed and status of your car in real-time.
The car leaves a trailing path of its movement when in tracking mode.
- Select vehicle or asset.
- Select map layout, floor plan or satellite imagery, and map display, POI ad road condition
- Create a geo-fence. Check section 9.0 for more details about setting a geo-fence.
- Command the car.
- Enable street view mode
- Navigate to the location of your car.
8.0 Commands
- Commands history
- Oil and electricity control: Car immobilizer command. Disconnect to stop the car remotely and restore to exit the remote immobilization.
Notes about car engine immobilization:
- Activating the car immobilizer command only when the vehicle is stationary ensures safety by preventing accidents.
- We are not liable for misuse or any consequences, including accidents, if immobilization is activated while the vehicle is in motion.
9.0 Geo Fencing
Following point 6 of section 1.0 above, you open this screen.
- Select map shape. Either circular car tracking geo-fence or polygon car tracking gence and zoom in or out to ensure your entire geo-fenced zone is visible on the map display.
- If circular, adjust the circle radius and if polygon, tap on the screen to create the geo-fence boundary.
- Name your geo-fence and select your settings Enter and Out.
- Geo fence Enter and out settings notifies you whenever your asset enters or leaves the geo-fenced area.
10.0 Vehicle Statistics Data Overview
It shows a vehicle data overview over a selected period of time as either daily, weekly or monthly.
Tap 1 to show different submenus of the statistics. You can slide sideways to scroll through the different sub menus. The other submenus are Mileage, alert list, speeding, parkings, ACC, fuel, temperature, voltage analysis and Barcode as shown on the image of section 13.0.
Data overview shows:
- Mileage data with total mileage and average speed.
- Driving data with driving time and driving times.
- Alert data with number of alerts and alert types.
11.0 Vehicle Statistics Mileage Report
- Select time range by entering and saving both the start time and the end time.
- The mileage report shows the total mileage of the selected period with mileage statistics such as the number of travel days, overspeed times, total static times and the amount of fuel consumed.
- The total fuel consumed is an approximate value dependent on the average fuel consumption if the vehicle doesn't have a fuel level sensor.

12.0 Alert > Alert Settings
The alert menu shows the alert records. If you have no records, edit your alert settings by selecting the alert setting icon on the top right side.
Alert notification: Enable to allow the app to send you notifications or disable to disallow the app from sending notifications.

- Push message: Enable or disable push messages pop up window notification on phone. If disabled, you won't receive any notifications.

- Bell: Set the preferred notification alert ringtone.
